Good luck having countries in what was Australia with barely anyone because they’re in the middle of the outback
Really bad idea to have a big Russian minority in Lithuania, which is what adding Kaliningrad would do, that could cause some instability issues.
I strongly recommend commet, it has a really nice ui that’s discord like and has most of the features implemented and has notifications either with google play services or unified push. https://commet.chat, you can download the apk from there
Where is Aleppo?
Personally like MMP, it is already shown that it can work in the real world (used in NZ and other places) and generally produces fairer results than other systems, as well as giving minor parties more power and influence than in other systems. I would also suggest using preferential instead of first past the post voting for the constituencies to reduce strategic voting.
I’d suggest Cromite as a good option if Firefox based browsers run terrible, I use it since Firefox browsers are not recommended on Grapheneos for security reasons.
Here’s one I took of Sydney’s CBD

Doesn’t fedinsfw.app exist?
For downloading on Android, i’d recommend Seal. It uses yt-dlp https://f-droid.org/packages/com.junkfood.seal/
I tried öffi, it didn’t work well for Sydney sadly
Would like to point out politics is not actually the primary content on the fediverse and based on the downvotes you’re getting, you seem to be in a minority, not the majority. Now have a good day and bye.
Don’t think I was demanding much here, I’m trying to say that people who want to talk politics should talk in the communities meant for that, not in the non political communities and make it everyone else’s problem. But sure, I’m demanding policy change to ban something.
Yeah I understand here, there’s a lot of knock on effects from political decisions that eventually cause stuff like this. I was more focused on people coming into comment sections and spouting political ideology and partisan politics rather than stuff like what you’ve said here.
Definitely the amount of politics, it gets brought up in far too many places where it is unnecessary, I avoid political communities and stuff like that, yet I keep getting it in communities with 0 relation.
It isn’t, there was a commit 8 hours ago on their github: https://github.com/aeharding/voyager
Works for me
Thunder is also a good client on android and ios, what I use personally, it has a material design on android which I prefer https://thunderapp.dev/

Anything else i should replace? (More screenshots in post body)

Any tips on how to handle matrix moderation?
So I manage a discord server related to autism of about 800 people and due to Discord’s recent issues, we have been looking at opening an alternate space on matrix that is bridged to our discord. I did try self hosting but I am admittedly not technically inclined and couldn’t get it working, so I have the space on a public home server. We have gotten things setup and ready, but there is one concern, which is moderation. I did manage to get a draupnir instance, but I have not found it to be an adequate automod. I am concerned about how moderation could work as we have a large number of rooms. I wanted to know if anyone who moderates a large matrix community can provide some insight on what to do for this.

Any good FOSS transit apps for Sydney?
I’ve been looking around and while there are some Foss apps for public transit, I haven’t found one that works in Sydney. I was wondering if anyone knew a good one.
