Do I believe him? I would believe anything that guy told me!
I’ve tried CWA in the past but, for some reason (probably my own fault!), I could never get the Kobo Sync function to work. Maybe I’ll give it another go.
As a stopgap for now, I have all my ebooks in Audiobookshelf. There’s no sync function, but I’m used to the UI because I already use and like it for audiobooks and podcasts.
Well, that went downhill very fast. Very sad. I liked the UI too; it was a good way to manage a collection; and it synced with my Kobo pretty easily.
I hope those who have the ability to do so will create something from its ashes.
Reading this whole thread I’m now glad I have Audiobookshelf already. I already use it every day for audiobooks and podcasts, but hadn’t considered it for ebooks.
Just transferred my ebook collection from Booklore to ABS. I’ll miss the Kobo Sync which seems to work in Booklore, but I certainly won’t miss the AI and vibe coding!
That is amazing. I’ve never wanted a tattoo more!

Good news for Zork fans!
Invisiclues.org - interesting new Infocom fan site
This new site Invisiclues appears to be a labour of love of one person and promises to be “dedicated to (1) archiving historical Infocom-related artifacts – InvisiClues, of course, but also magazine articles, marketing material, packaging, artwork, literature, and the games themselves – and (2) making the archives available in an enjoyable format.”
