Nobody is a good enough shooter with a cheapo AR to reliably hit an ear at that range. It’s probably a 2-3MOA barrel at 100 meters, so you’re looking at like a 2.5-4” spread with the world’s best marksman and match-grade ammo.

That would mean I had to interact with 15 people.

I was assembling a new 3D printer this weekend and seriously underestimated the size. I started building it on top of my table saw outfeed workbench thinking it would be a perfectworking height, and by the end was stacking 2x4s to have a place to stand so I could screw in the top of the enclosure. I discovered that I really should have a small stepstool in the garage, because right now my options are stacking wood or using an 8’ stepladder.

Printer is a Sovol SV08 Max BTW. It’s fucking massive and I’m gonna love it once I tear down and rebuild a workbench to accommodate it.

Carrying a gun doesn’t change that. My little pocket pistol is inaccurate, low-capacity, and low power. If I try to use it to fight a mass shooter I’m probably just gonna be putting more bullets in the air while getting myself killed.

Tackling the shooter like was done in the video is a better tactic. Even if you could draw and shoot accurately in the time it takes to run a few steps, the shooter would probably still have time to do damage before bleeding out. Tackling them and taking control of the gun is faster and more effective.

That song taught me that no matter what you’re describing, if you call something “ironic” somebody will correct you.

Try driving an RV sometime. People have a moral obligation to pass you I guess, because you can be driving warp 8 and people will pass you angrily before slowing down.

My favorite example is the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act, which requires manufacturers to honor warranty on products that you or a third party have worked on in the past unless the manufacturer can prove that the specific malfunction for which you’re seeking warranty service was caused by the previous repair or modification.

Those “warranty void if removed” stickers are illegal.

It also prohibits manufacturers refusing to repair a product due to unrelated damage.

My favorite part if the Steam versions is they don’t work with most controllers.
