I mean, when you have a dev cycle that has to closely line up the games with merch and media, that doesn’t leave a lot of room for redesigns. It was only in the last generation that some Pokemon lile Charizard and Ho-Oh got SLIGHT redesigns, and now with Gen 10, Pikachu is getting its second redesign.
Excuse you, it lives in lowkey gem of a dungeon in that game (great music, disliked by normies) and its family murders everyone that you use it against.

The only way to improve Spheal is to use the version of Spheal that Julia from Drawfee made

I think it’s because it costs a bunch of money to redesign the Pokemon and it costs even more to create a new model.
