If I recall correctly, and someone correct me if I’m wrong here, but the first war criminal president we had in office was Nixon for arming Iran to the gills with nukes.
These kind of charges are what put the Pirate Bay admins in prison and caused Aaron Swartz to kill himself because of a threat of lifetime in prison.
