People talk about Windows v Linux being like āyou get what you pay forā but any distro or package that fucked around this much would be dropped so fucking fast.
I canāt believe millions of people just put up with their software getting consistently worse.

I think you can see why people are nervous about this sort of affordance, though. Because of the kinds of pro-surveillance politics it is actually complying with.
20s suckkkkked. 30s were a huge improvement, especially when I stopped drinking. Now in my 40s I feel like Iām made of adamantine.
I hate how all the boring advice I heard all my life turned out to be true.
