That’s one way to get in shape. They’ve had pre-basic programs for that for quite a while now. They’ll pay you to do it but I don’t think it counts towards your contract time until you make it to basic.

Bands themselves make very little off of sales. That mostly gets eaten up by managers, distributors, and labels. The bands make a lot more money from touring unless they own their own label.
