Yeah caffeine has been around a long time. I’m sure these simple solutions won’t last much longer. They will us AI to monitor the actions are meaningful so people will use AI to make the actions look meaningful and so on…

Gaza is a disaster that my country is directly supporting, so there are clear steps (not selling arms to Israel) that should be taken that I can protest/petition/vote for.
There are a lot of horrible things in the world but its much less clear what I can do, or what my country should do. I can support more refugees.
Society hasn’t developed great methods for intervening into some of these atrocities, that I know of, and they are slow to develop them because its easy not to care about someone else’s problem. And its easy to “mind your own business”
For example the Iran nuke deal in 2015 seemed promising because it avoided war and most sanctions. Sure it wasn’t as proactive as war or sanctions but I think people will need to learn to be comfortable with more subtle solutions like that if we are to make progress.
I would be interested to hear what you think should be done.
Sure, ever since 2018 when trump pulled out of the nuke deal with Iran, things have been headed down hill.

This is sick! Thanks for sharing your project with us! I would have never guessed you could do voice over TOR but PTT was a clever solution. Its like the old nextel phones that had PTT. I wonder if its possible to remap the volume button to be a hardware PTT button.

EuropeI know very little of Spain’s politics but they seem to be hitting it out of the park since I started paying attention. They have made a really impressive move to renewables and they seem to be taking the strongest stand against US and Israeli aggression that I have seen from Europe (Ireland and Italy as well).
