Yes, what isn’t right is that it’s an upper class private middle school full of wealthy parents with access to psychiatrists who are financially motivated to provide a fashionable diagnosis.

It’s also a way to get extra time (accommodations) on standardized tests (time and a half or even double time) which further widens the success gap between rich and poor students.

According to the administration at a school I’m familiar with, at least 50% of the 5th grade class has ADHD.

So, not having ADHD is the disorder.

I love animals. That is what we are. However, the transcendental values that separate people from the other animals are not universally instantiated. Some humans are cruel. They do not care about what is true or moral. They are not subhuman. In many ways, they’re only human, their potential personhood vitiated by a lack moral and intellectual agency.

To be clear, anyone who endorses this view is not a person. At best, they’re a human animal, and at worst they’re rabid.

I love Crocket but there’s a reason CBS blocked Talarico’s interview from airing. The guy represents the only actual threat the Texas GOP has faced in 3 decades. He knows how to talk to Christians. I’ve personally never seen anything like it in all my years.
