Due to the current international situation, deliveries to the United Arab Emirates have been temporarily suspended.
We are closely monitoring the situation and reviewing all orders currently in transit.

📦 U.S. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States, excluding the following locations: American Samoa (AS), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), Alaska (AK), Guam (GU), Hawaii (HI), and Puerto Rico (PR).

 All U.S. orders are shipped via DHL and typically arrive within 3-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). A flat shipping fee of $7.9 USD applies to all orders. Orders over $40 USD (based on the current exchange rate) qualify for free shipping.

🌍 Express International Shipping

We offer express international shipping to the following countries:

Andorra, Australia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Belgium, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, France, UK, Greenland, Hong Kong, Croatia, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mongolia, Macau, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, South Africa, Sweden, Singapore, Taiwan, UAE*.

Shipping is handled by DHL, UPS, Saygo, Shipter or Fedex and usually takes 4–14 business days(In some areas, it may take up to three weeks.) A flat shipping fee of $20.00 USD applies, and orders over $70 USD (after discounts, before taxes) qualify for free shipping.

 *Please note that we do not ship to military addresses (APO/FPO) or PO boxes. Shipping to such addresses may result in delays or lost packages, and Nuriglow will not be able to offer compensation in these cases.

🔍 Tracking Information

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking number via email within 1–2 business days. You can also find this information under your account’s Order List.

 *Please note that the shipping carrier may vary depending on your delivery destination. Carrier details will be included in your shipping confirmation email.

📩 Order Confirmation & Changes

Orders are processed quickly, so we’re unable to make changes or cancellations once your order is confirmed. This includes changes to shipping addresses or items after tracking has been issued.

📍 Address Accuracy

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete, including apartment/unit number and any other important details.

Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in failed deliveries, and we’re unfortunately unable to reship or refund such orders.

📝 Mandatory Information

To ensure successful delivery, please make sure the following information is provided at checkout:

 • Full legal name

 • Complete shipping address (including apartment or unit number, if applicable)

 • Valid phone number and email address

Missing or incorrect information may result in delays, failed delivery, or order cancellation. Unfortunately, we are unable to reship or refund orders that cannot be delivered due to missing or inaccurate details.

 


⚠️ Invalid Addresses

If we detect an issue with your address, we’ll reach out via email. If we don’t hear back within 7 days, the order may be canceled.

 

📦 Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your package and the shipment is returned to us, we may not be able to offer a refund or reship the item. Please ensure someone is available at your shipping address to receive the order, or consider choosing a secure delivery location.

📦 Lost or Missing Packages (Marked as Delivered) 

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, we kindly ask that customers first check surrounding areas and contact the shipping carrier directly for further investigation.

Please note that once an order is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, Nuriglow is unable to offer refunds or reshipments for packages reported as lost or missing after delivery. We appreciate your understanding, as responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient once delivery is completed.

 

🕐 Delivery Delays

Delivery times may be affected by weather, customs inspections, or carrier-related issues. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays beyond our control may occur. In such cases, we are not able to cancel or refund your order.

Additionally, During holidays or promotional periods, delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and understanding during high-volume times.

 

🌐 Duties & Taxes for International Orders

Duties and taxes are not included in the product price and may be applied before delivery. These fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.


If a package cannot be delivered due to customs-related issues (such as unpaid duties or missing documentation), and is returned to us, we may not be able to issue a refund or resend the order. We kindly ask for your understanding regarding customs procedures in your country.
