were never meant to coexist: distortion and piano.
What most conservative musicians would call an error, mutated into something else.

Gloriously weird. Veilburner sound like no one. The music keeps you guessing throughout; veering from very heavy sections to eerie melodies. All of which create an intense hypnotic feeling of unease throughout. The vocals are truly unique and initially quite startling. Yet, they make total sense in this context. I can tell this is one I'm going to discover new things in with every listen. Bonkers brilliance!
