    One time at an IATSE gig, I got paid $800 in three hours because the road crew forgot about us and we missed all our union contracted breaks. I was getting 8x base rate in the last half hour before someone remembered.

      I’d rather crew get their breaks and meals on time, but if they get missed the production should pay dearly for it. If it’s not enough to hurt, it’s just the price of doing business for them.
