    So do situations like this, when they become public, have a negative effect on relations between countries?

      No because most governments dont actually care about laws, they are only pissed off because it became public knowledge that that’s the case.

      The NGO monitored the arms shipment and told the Belgian government they should inspect it. If it was up to the Belgian government these weapons would be blowing up some tents right now. I’m not sure which group found out but I’ve seen PalYouthMovement in other cases and they’re doing a great job of monitoring.

        That’s great. Usually when I think of ngo I think of Palestinians getting shot.
