The Department of Justice argued on behalf of the Trump administration that the law protecting Wilcox from at-will firing was unconstitutional. It said the National Labor Relations Board held executive authority that was borrowed from the president.
“The proper remedy for an (allegedly) unlawful termination of a federal officer as here is backpay,” the department wrote. “It is not commandeering an executive agency and forcing the President to work alongside a subordinate in whom he has no trust.”
Wow, what a horrible argument.

They are certain to be richly marbled and delicious

Which presumably were taught, and present in abundance, at this august institution

You heartless bastards. Think of all the countless health plan CEOs who are going to go hungry because of this.

Does…does it like control the orbit of the earth around the sun?

I also would like this power

It does seem clear from the messages they write which, coincidentally sound entirely like Reddit marketing tripe, that they are gunning for a corporate buyout and golden parachutes, for a Lemmy instance, which is laughable.

Yeah, bar harbor has good products. Their things are large though; I often can’t eat a whole can in one sitting.
I avoided FB like the plague, then I decided to move to northern Maine. It’s the only thing people use here to communicate. They don’t know, or want to know, anything else. Data harvesting, privacy, etc. Are not concerns that people have, or are aware of here. I have to use it if I have any desire to interact with fellow humans. The daily toxicity is slowly killing me. IG and Whatsapp are things I’ve never gotten into, at least.
