Second half of 40s. 30 minutes of cardio followed by 1 hour of yoga twice a week. I would love to add in another activity for 3x per week, but haven’t managed yet. Eat 95% vegetarian, low on dairy. Otherwise I don’t pay much attention, definitely snacking too much. In summer I bike a lot. Using a sit/stand desk regularly at work. Should do more, but it’s gotta be enough for now.

Another thing we try to do is to buy strips instead of liquid stuff (laundry detergent, floor cleaner, toilet bowl cleaner etc).
