I’ve had success with my ZZ plant in a limited sun situation. Something waxy could be easy and aesthetic. Also see if you can find any local plants for free or cheap on marketplace sites. Get some nice pots and something to set them on as well. Good luck and let us know how it goes!




Looks like a small rolling table, desk, or nightstand would make a fine base. With a monitor stand like that you will probably want a flat horizontal surface to clamp onto. Perhaps there is another type of stand that would be more suited to pole mounting



Older young person here, I very much enjoyed the vintage computer festival I recently attended. Definitely worth a visit if you can make it.

With that said I have mostly modern technology, except some audio stuff. I was impressed by the Atari and C64 exhibits at the VCF and might get into the “new” C64 stuff when they come out





My cat can have a hamburger sometimes, as a treat
