KEXP is an NPR station in, I think LA.

They do alot of these sorts of sets with all sorts or artists, not necesarily in LA. Hell my most favorite one is Aurora in some KEXP studio in Iceland.

Anyway, they are not always, but sometimes nice stripped down versions of tracks, sometimes with just say, the lead singer and a guitarist, instead of a full band.

Its just a good sound.

NPR also does Tiny Desk shows. Which is also great and in in a similar style of “alternative live versions of songsby good artists.”

Here is a decent KEXP set, because KEXP does good live sets.

The thing is, money is a specific thing. Its a copier trying to copy a thing with a set design and shape.

No one is 3D Printing an exaxt Glock (or whatever). You could probably 3D print a toy elephant statue that shoots bullets if you wanted to, the same way you could photocopy a drawing of an elephant, even if it has dollar signs next to it and says “1 Billion Elephant Bucks” on it.

Just before all of this got huge I sarted really grtting into a musician named Claud and I often consider the popularity explosion of this chat bot has got to hurt their visibility. Especially already being a small indie artist.
