The first delivery date was between February and March 9, but the product wasn’t delivered. By then, the price had already jumped to 150 euros. I called customer service and spoke to their chat support, who told me the new delivery date is April 22 — but that doesn’t show in the app. The app only shows ‘order received,’ and I’m afraid they’ll miss this second deadline as well. Can I do anything without canceling the order, given that the price is now 250 euros?


I wouldn’t cancel it, there is a good chance they will honor your purchase even though they might miss the next date as well
