Refund policy

We do not offer product returns as all sales are deemed final once your payment has been processed and your order has shipped. If your product was damaged during shipment or has a manufacture defect when received please visit our warranty page for further details regarding return authorizations.  If you have additional questions please email us at contact@prologixpercussion.com.

Product refunds are only issued upon proper return of damaged or defective products that are approved by Prologix through the warranty process. We will then issue you a refund to be received within 3-7 business days after your product has been received, reviewed and approved by a Prologix product specialist. Thank you!
