I don’t understand it either. It’s in London, there are tons of artists in London, even more tons of people going to concerts. It’s weird.

OMG that’s awful.
Sounds like it would be way worse without the helmet. Permanent fatigue is no joke though.
Oh wow, so sorry that happened to you.
Were you with people or did you have to be found?

I did a step challenge in February to try to get it into my life. I did it but I barely left the house in March. I’m in Ireland.

The weather doesn’t help with trying to get cardio which is mostly outdoors.

Learned a lot about health and fitness in my early 30s, made it my hobby essentially. But things change so also learned that it’s not about what I did today or even this month, it’s about what I mostly do and getting back to it. Kids come along, house moves, job moves, disruption after disruption… Gotta lose the self blame and get back up every time. That is for sure an equally important thing to learn.

The pre installed apps is the problem, make that illegal instead.

I’ve pulled it up so you can see it properly but clicking down arrow makes it go halfway down and clicking the x closes out the whole page

I miss r/fitness. It was big enough but good enough to learn a lot and get motivation.
I miss the TV episode discussions. Even if I wasn’t following live, I could go read the thread and feel the shared excitement and read the theories and there was always something I hadn’t noticed that someone else had.
I miss those the most.

Did you see what the original Irish names were for the towns too? It’s very cool to find those since Boston is bound to be some anglo version.
Edit to add… I looked it up out of curiosity and it’s more funny than expected…
The name “Boston” is most likely to have been an ironic reference to the city of Boston in the United States, applied as a nickname to what was described in 1839 as “a few cabins situated on the property of the Marquis of Thomond”.[2] The official Irish-language name recorded in the Placenames Database of Ireland is Boston.[1] The electoral division containing the village is also named Boston in both English and Irish,[4] although a 1929 Act of the Oireachtas gives the Irish name Druim na Doimhne “ridge of the abyss”
From Wikipedia

No girls online was pure misogyny though. And if your username was girl sounding, you got harassed … ASL, pics or GTFO, etc etc etc… this hasn’t changed either… but now girls know to use male or non gender names.

That fucks with everything else though, eg childcare.

Exactly, most of us don’t care but there are jobs where it matters, so go with what’s best for them. Construction maybe? Either way, we don’t need majority opinion here.
I’ve seen the show but not read the books. Would you say the novellas stand alone or would you need to have book context?. And what about no context?
You’re mishearing. They fork.
