Add Changelog entries for the features of the public API we've merged so far (ideally one entry per commit for easier history management):

• Add isSupported to all.mjs #5250 (New feature)
• Add onError to createAll #5252 and Add onError to initAll #5276 (a single New feature entry should be fine)
• Prevent multiple initialisations of a single component instance #5272 (New feature)
• Add isSupported to createAll #5251 (Fixes)

Why

So the CHANGELOG is up to date when we prepare the release notes
