encrypt and decrypt text

It is a tool to encrypt and decrypt text created in c language. it follows Caesar cipher and matrix rule to encrypt or decrypt text. at very first, give executable permission to install, to do so type in terminal :- chmod +x install key should be character only or string. i’m still working on it. help me to make it better
