

Oh interesting! I wonder if that’s a result of the prevalence of two-cycle engines in motorcycles a long time ago. Or maybe the ratio of motorcycles to larger vehicles is so low it doesn’t make enough of an impact to regulate them. Or if there’s a bit of regulatory capture from the motorcycle industry.
I’m pretty curious about this now. At least for the next ten minutes or so
