If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return.

To return an item, please ensure it meets the following conditions:
- Condition: Unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Order Number: Provide your order number.

- Note: Returns without prior request will not be accepted.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are calculated in real-time.
US Orders
For orders shipped to addresses within the United States, the seller of record is Rungne, Inc.
All returns, exchanges, and warranty claims for US orders are currently processed through our central returns facility in Norway.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees or duties related to returns shipped internationally.

Damages and Warranty
- Warranty Coverage: We offer a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Please notify us within 2 months of discovering any defects.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse or issues not related to manufacturing.
- Defective or Damaged Orders: If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for assistance.
Exceptions
Please note that we cannot accept returns on the following items: Perishable goods, custom items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, gift cards
European Union Customers
If you're in the EU, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to return your purchase without needing to provide a reason. Just initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll handle the rest. Please keep in mind that the return fee still needs to be covered, and it is the customer's responsibility to cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. If you experience any delays beyond 15 business days after approval, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
Your gear rides with you, and we've got its back for 5 years. If a defect pops up, snap clear photos and send your receipt within 30 days. We'll repair, replace, or refund—provided you treated your gear right—and you'll cover the shipping.
For US orders, refunds are issued by Rungne, Inc to the original payment method.

Coverage lasts for 5 years from the original purchase date.
Eligible Claims & Remedies:
- Customers must notify us within 30 days of noticing any defect.
- Claims must include:
- Clear photos of the defect
- A valid purchase receipt - At our discretion, we will provide the best remedy available by either repairing, replacing, or refunding the product.
Exclusions & Limitations:
- This guarantee is void if the product has been misused, such as by failing to follow the provided washing and care instructions, or if unauthorized repairs or modifications have been performed.
- Defects resulting from normal wear and tear, accidents, or cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality are excluded.
- The guarantee is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser.
Shipping & Returns:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including both the return of the defective product and the delivery of any replacement.
General Provisions:
- This document constitutes the entire guarantee agreement regarding the covered products and supersedes any other warranties, express or implied.
- Rúngne reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) based on the specifics of the claim.
- These terms are subject to applicable local laws and consumer rights.
