YOGA IS A PRACTICE FOR “everyBODY”
My name is Tasha and my yoga journey started in 2014 as a new mom of two seeking to find relief from the stresses of motherhood. I wanted and craved movement that supported and strengthened my body and I wanted so desperately to be pain free in my knees. Prior to having my children I was playing in co-Ed soccer leagues all over the county. I’d suffered multiple injuries resulting in several different knee surgeries from a lifetime of playing. I stepped into the studio and never looked back. I completed my 200 hr certification in 2015 and have been teaching ever since. My journey grew beyond the physical and into the mental and spiritual benefits. Now a mom of FOUR, I love what yoga has done for me and I love what I have learned about myself. My goal is to inspire your own growth through movement and self study.
To Inspire means to excite, encourage, or breathe life into, it comes from the Latin word that means to inflame or to blow in to. When you inspire something, it is as if you are blowing air over a low flame to make it grow. As a teacher of yoga I want your practice to feel magical and authentic each and every time you step onto your mat.
I will always hold space for your creative practice and for the experiences we will have together. Let’s grow together.

I offer a wide variety of styles from Vinyasa to restorative. We move at a pace that fits the needs of your body for that day. My offering includes group classes, private, semi-private, corporate, mini retreats, and vibration plate yoga (coming soon).
