The OP does seem reminiscent of the AI “upscaled” version of Voyager episodes that I have seen. Yes, this scene of Chakotay/Janeway was originally in the episode. But that frame has gone through AI processing to make this meme, and it seems that is what they were puking about.
Ah, gotcha. Coulda just upticked the lighting, no reason to AI filter. My guess is that it’s a repost from elsewhere regardless and doesn’t violate the community rules as it isn’t a wholesale AI image.
I did not remember that frame or scene. What ticked me off as the post image being AI where first and foremost the AI ‘glare’ the picture has and Janeways hands.
