    To get the Matt wand coronog sample pack for K2 wavebard, in the download should be: kastle2-wave-bard-wand-coronog.uf2.txt
    Rename the header of that file to .zip - then unzip - you should have a .uf2 file that can be loaded into the BASTL sample loader at:

    Or you can just load that file directly onto the K2/kastle2 using the procedure in the manual.

The estimable Mr Tuffen of WONKYSTUFF(tm) recently manufactured a facsimile of the equally estimable BASTL people’s Kastle 2 devices but in this case for the diminutive Tangible Waves AE system - a lightweight, shrunk down & most importantly drastically cheaper parallel universe to that Eurorack nest of cables everyone is flaunting on YouTube these media induced end times.
Me & Mr Tuffen & said system have a history.
So, being let in on the excitement early, an obligation was felt to record something to demonstrate the various potentialities of this new addition to the mini-rack, with the 3 radically different firmwares being easily swapped in & out of the device it seems those potentialities are considerable.
It can be
A: a self sequencing sample player ( with effects )
B: a switching FX unit ( with modulation )
C: a multi-oscillator synth ( again with fx, modulation & sequencing )

The tracks here are constructed mainly with the Sampler ( gleó-man/Wave Bard ) generating rhythmic elements and the Fx unit ( lyb-lǽca/FX Wizard ) feeding back on itself and producing a wealth of abstract noises, by far my favourite usage up to now. The synth firmware ( seolfor-smiþ/Alchemist ) I didn’t delve so deep into but the last track here is an example from that.
All sounds are direct out of the system, no additional effects applied but some mastering compression & EQ have been deployed.
Should you be lucky enough to acquire one of these modules ( or indeed the Bastl standalone original ) then included in the audio files download is a .uf2 firmware file (zipped) configured with all 9 banks of samples I generated and used in the production of this release, feel free to give it a blast.
