Return Policy

We hope that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policies below for online purchases.

30 Days to Return

If you decide that you’d like to return your Smile Sealer product, please contact us to initiate a return within 30 days. We offer a full product cost refund (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm status of your return and refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges

If there is a defect or damage in the product or packaging, please do not use and immediately contact us. At our discretion, we will replace any defective products. We only offer exchanges if the items are defective or damaged in transit. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please reach out to us at hellosmilesealer@gmail.com to initiate the replacement. A photo of the issue may be requested. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
