This looks like your issue. Your ISP only seems to assign subnets not IPs. A /56 subnet is too big for SLAAC. Weird setup they are running there…

dhclient seems to give itself an address from that pool. You will probably need SLAAC + DHCPv6 on WAN to get your router to assign ipv6 to LAN machines.
