14·5 days agoThe article is from 2022. With a new extension that opened in September 2025, Los Angeles Metro A Line has surpassed the Coast Tram for longest light rail line. The Coast Tram is still the longest meter gauge line.

Maybe I have heard of it, but it ate the part of my brain they remembered.
Taller, too. The A380 has an upper passenger deck for the full length of the aircraft, not just the 747’s hump up front. The length was constrained by existing airport gates. If it was longer, it would have hung out into the taxiways. (The wider wingspan and wheel base are still an issues, though.)

Same. The mouse is always something I’m going to use on the desk next to the computer. I don’t understand the advantage of making it wireless, that’d just be one more battery for me to keep charged. Honestly, if I had a wireless mouse I’d probably just leave it plugged in to the charger as I use it. (And don’t get me started on Apple’s mouse charge port on the bottom.)
