    Between Breath & Stone captures live performances by SORIAH and Thomas Dimuzio recorded on the summer solstice during the 2024 and 2025 Garden of Memory events at Oakland’s Chapel of the Chimes. Drawing on the resonant acoustics of this historic space, SORIAH's Tuvan throat singing and his traditional instruments are sampled, transformed, and reimagined in real time by Dimuzio’s live electronic processing. The result is an expansive dialogue between breath and architecture, ancient sound and modern technology—a spontaneous sonic ritual shaped by the moment, the space, and the interplay of two deeply intuitive performers.
