    The other manufacturers were not on board with the change but next years engine are going to be such a mess that they might change their mind.

      They created the mess all on their own when they vetoed front axle recuperation out of the irrational fear that Audi would have a massive advantage over them because Audi had an electric motor at the front axle for their LMP1 program.

      Of course, MBS is an oil shill so his agenda is to make all electric propulsion look bad and the source of all that’s wrong with the 2026 regs.

        I didnt know about the front axle I thought it was to try and reduce the engine manufac advantages as half the power was electric motor.
