Absolutely don’t kink shame. But when a person’s political affiliation actively kink shames and marginalizes all people not cis heteronormative, the gloves are off.
From what I understand they’ve been basically estranged for several years and certainly she’s been enjoying the world’s least secret affair with her chief of staff since at least 2021 so I’m a bit wary of assigning her political positions to him.
Is that something that her husband has been known to do? Admittedly, I don’t know much about Noem, nor her husband, but I didn’t think he was the one making this a hypocritical situation.
Unsatisfied with simply appreciating other people’s breasts, Bryon attempted to create his own. “You turn me into a girl,” he texted one woman. While posing for photos he sent to the women he hired, he seemingly shoved inflated balloons into his tight shirts, with the knots serving as makeshift (and egregiously misaligned) nipples. He also posed in turquoise leggings and pink bike shorts, both of which may well belong to Noem or another woman in his orbit, unless they were purchased for the specific purpose of cross-dressing.
Without agreeing or disagreeing, I’m just pointing out that the person you replied to didn’t say that these individuals kink-shamed, but that their political affiliation does. The contention seems to be that kink shaming is fine as long as you do it to Republicans, because their party is not accepting or respectful of the spectrum of human diversity.
Yes that’s a fair question. I think it’s hard for a leftist bystander not to feel shamed. Similarly, we don’t hurl sexism at Republican women just because their platform tends to be anti-woman. Like I said, I am not agreeing with the contention, just explicating. If anyone asked my opinion, I would say that disagreeing with Republicans doesn’t make everything permitted. But then there are those who consider them Nazis and bring out the whole “punching Nazis” thing.
Ah, yes, the kink-shaming of… being wheelchair bound? What? This has to be one of the weirdest straw man fallacies I’ve ever heard. Care to give that another try?

He apparently has a thing for huge boobs, including his own:

One might also ask, if someone has this kink but they are not Republican, should they also feel shame because of this?

Are you allowed to start dropping N bombs if you meet a MAGA person of color?
Are you allowed to be ableist if you meet a wheelchair-bound MAGA?
Yes, you are.
Do you imagine people lose the right to express themselves every time you disagree with that expression?
Ok cracker.
Don’t Ritz shame me lol

Nope.
But its totally ok to laugh at them for being stupid.
