Yep, these people definitely have some sort of disease. No one needs nor would be able to spend that kind of money. Just completely insane.

Sometimes I wish the Epstein class would just mass bomb all us poors already and get it over with. This slow, painful death thing is extremely annoying and stressful.

And this is why no one gave a shit or even cheered when that CEO was shot. Health insurance as a whole needs to be completely dismantled and the healthcare system in the USA needs to be restructured. I understand if something like that were to happen, it would take many many years and a lot of work to accomplish.
I go through so much of it. I have very sensitive skin, am prone to eczema, and am allergic to any alternative that actually moisturizes my skin as well (coconut, shea, lanolin, etc). I mix it with humectants to make my own moisturizer and lip balm. I’m genuinely scared if it becomes unavailable in my lifetime.

My coworker noped out of a trip across country because they’d have a grandchild with them, and didn’t want any issues with missing flights, long waits, or ICE shenanigans. If they didn’t have their grandchild, they probably would have taken the train instead.
Edit: more info

Great points, and as a citizen of the US, I often forget that many don’t have access to the healthcare me and my peers do, nor is everyone lucky to have the amazing doctors I’ve had. I too have been feeling very scared and often sad; I try to stay logical and seek positive solutions I can apply, BUT IT IS HARD. The general feeling of malaise has thickened the air. I also have more knowledge in some scientific fields than the average person, and logic has always been my comfort and bedrock, so seeking doctors’ advice gives me solace. Focusing on local communities can cause one to forget how a larger population can be affected or how they may respond.
Seems to me that since our “dear leader” is unapologetically trashy, it gives the general population permission to forgo respect or civility. It’s frustrating and can make those of us who try to maintain decorum feel like we are going insane.

So… these people aren’t even listening to their doctors? I get being confused as a laymen when reading a bunch of articles online when half of everything is AI now, but your actual doctor? Isn’t that what they’re there for?

His win is still a win for the people. I won’t support his music, but I’ll take the win against the cops.
Naw, that shit will affect every crevice of the economy. I’ve already had to increase certain areas of my budget three times within the last several months because inflation has gone up an insane amount in a short time. The only saving grace is that where I live winter is almost over.
I mean, I’m sure there’s insider betting and all, but I don’t think you need inside information to predict the USA will bomb a school in Iran…
edit: gotta capitalize

I wonder what the breaking point is for those who don’t use adblockers.
I do not have a full grasp on economics; my expertise lies elsewhere. But with all the money these goons spend, what’s even the point of a monetary system? They just do whatever they want anyway, using whatever resources the other rich goons give them, while everyone else just takes what little they leave for us. There is no way the government is paying the debt.

Shoot, food in Canada and even in South America is better than the USA. You have to really put effort into being healthy in the USA, especially when eating out.

We are supposed to work for each other, with each other. The owning class are parasites, feeding from the labor of the masses, and they get most of what we produce. Without us they are literally nothing. If all billionaires disappeared tomorrow, infrastructure would not break down, because it is us who maintain it. We grow the crops, we heal the sick, etc…

Apparently my job will be getting rid of our personal local network drives (we each have our own only we can connect to) and moving that to Microsoft one drive. Our IT guy hates the new changes, but the orders come from way above. Not sure how well it will work…
I have no idea why that made me laugh so hard, but boy did I need a good laugh today.

Looks like the ways they’re doing this is via credit card or account age. I wanted to keep my current phone until it died before switching to something else but fuck me, who knows what nonsense they’ll make us do in the near future.

I don’t know, I’ve always thought the point was to teach children how to act and socialize in public. It’s bad enough seeing adults on their phones when hanging out in public with friends instead of just speaking with one another.
I ran windows on my new build (it was cheaper to get someone else to build it than to buy the same exact parts myself 😩) just to make sure everything works and my god, I could barely get past the setup before getting annoyed. Linux is just waaaay easier to deal with, even with having to troubleshoot driver installs. Windows is set up now to where you can’t really do anything to your own computer.
