-first battle is on treason and whoever wins gets to have the next turn from there they cycle
-2 points are gained per territory per turn, capitols give you 5 points per turn

-axis (starts with 10 points) (not limited to axis powers but starts with Germany) (unlocks prototype units for 5 points)
-allies (starts with 5 points) (not limited to allied powers but starts with America)
-USSR (starts with 5 points)(not limited to Russians buts starts with Russia)

-take away the use of 1 attacking unit for your enemy (or attacking structure)
3 point abilities
-take away the use of 2 attacking unit for your enemy (or attacking structure)
-take away 1 special ability for your enemy
5 point abilities
-take away the use of 3 attacking unit for your enemy (or attacking structure)
10 point abilities
-no prototype units for enemy
-take away air for your enemy

Upgrades
-allow prototypes for a technology you control. (8 points) (you may eventually give this ability to every type of technology)
