Let's give that zombie a hug....oh my god it's eating my face!

Zombie fortress is a sourcemod-based game mode for Team Fortress 2 that pits a team of survivors (red team) against a team of zombies (blue team). The survivors must outwit and outlive the zombies to win the round.

The survivors are restricted to Demoman, Sniper, Medic, Engineer, Pyro, and Soldier. They have access to all of their equipment and a special "perk" which can give them great power (often with great risk). Survivors can only live once and cannot change their perk throughout the round. If a survivor dies they will be transfered to the zombie team, adding to the zombie's strength, numbers, and intelligence (your allies know your strategy after all).

The zombies are restricted to Heavy, Spy, and Scout. They can only access their melee weapons, cloak, and lunchbox equipment as well as a special "perk" which functions similarly to survivors. Zombies can continuously respawn as long as the round isn't over and they can change their perk whenever they like (though they'll respawn immediately after doing so). No matter what the map, a zombie's main goal should always be adding to their ranks. Although it seems less fun, this is generally the less stressful and more entertaining choice of teams.
