Return & Refund Policy

Please note that this return policy is different from the return policy for Trial Open-Box products.
STEPS TO MAKING A RETURN
STEP 1: Check Eligibility.
30-DAY RETURN
- We accept returns purchased from Supernote.com within 30 calendar days of receipt.
- Please note that handwriting films purchased separately cannot be returned.
STEP 2: Email us at service@supernote.com to request a return.
- NOTE: Our team will review and decide your request, failure to obtain a return authorization will result in an automatic rejection of your return without a refund.
STEP 3: Perform a Factory-Reset to remove all personal data from the device.
STEP 4: Pack everything together.
- The return item(s) must be in original packaging (box with bubble/sponge wrap to prevent damage), as well as the instructions guide and any spare parts.
STEP 5: Ship back to Supernote.
When you return your Supernote, please know we don't offer free shipping labels. You have two ways to send it back:
- Option 1: Use a Supernote Shipping Label. We can create a shipping label for you. The cost of this label will be taken out of your refund.
- Option 2: Ship It Yourself. If you arrange your own shipping, please make sure a signature is required when it's delivered to us.
STEP 6: Review our Device Inspection Results.
- If there ARE hardware damages or defects NOT mentioned when a return request was initiated, there may be a return rejection without refund.
- If NO hardware defect issues are found, we will deduct the following return costs from your payment:
- (If any) Customs duties and import taxes that you prepaid when you placed the order.
NOTE:
If there ARE factory hardware damages or defects that WERE mentioned with evidence like pictures and videos when a return request was initiated, we will provide a full refund and pay for any shipping charges.
ADDITIONAL PRICING INFO
- For US customers, you can send your return to our US service location.
- For customers outside the US, a customs fee of 17% of the item's stated value will be deducted from your refund. This fee is charged by customs. The customs duties and import taxes (if any) that you prepaid when you placed the order are given to your country's customs and therefore cannot be refunded.
- Please be aware that the refunded amount may differ slightly from the original payment due to the following factors:
- Currency conversion: If your original payment was made in a currency different from your payment method's currency (e.g., credit card, PayPal), a small fee may be deducted during the conversion process.
- Exchange rate fluctuations: Changes in currency exchange rates between the time of purchase and refund may affect the final amount.
- As a result, while we will refund the full order amount on our end, you may receive a slightly different total due to these factors. These discrepancies are beyond our control and are subject to your payment method's policies and current exchange rates.
Please note that the above is based on experience and we make zero-profit on any refund cases.
REFUND
Generally, you are able to receive a refund within 15 business days after we provide the Device Inspect Results to you.
WARRANTY
Devices and accessories purchased from Supernote.com include a two (2) year warranty.
