20·1 year agoStarting to lift weights was the best decision I ever made and the best habit I’ve ever formed. Nagging aches and pains are basically a thing of the past. I’m way more useful, and my lower body, which was once withered and useless after a decade of working in an office, have been replaced with tree trunks and a dump-truck ass
A couple of the accessory benefits of this that in order to support my lifting progress I now eat way better, quit drinking and prioritize proper sleep. Overall it’s just been a huge increase in quality of life

These are good changes. Also I would suggest that they should have switched it to the Leia maneuver instead of Holdo, have her use the force to put Holdo to sleep or something to save her life. If I remember correctly Carrie Fisher had passed away while it was still in post production?
In episode 17, when Commander Taggart is about to escape the neutron field in the omega-13, he used the auxiliary of deck B… But in the next episode, the schematic shows that deck has been totally vaporized. I was just wondering, do you think that’s a continuity error, or do you think there’s a justifiable reason for it?

I switched from Reddit to Lemmy cold turkey, not willing to put up with that user hostile enshitification shiticane reddit was going through. There are a few communities that I really miss (/r/weightroom) but new Lemmy things (/c/tenforward) that give me joy. The Internet is getting pretty shitty but Lemmy is a great small corner of it that’s resistant to much of that fuckery
Do you know how hard it is to transition the FB users to new federated systems in order to extend/embrace/extinguish them?
