That too, but some jurisdictions put some guardrails for pulling full prior permits, when I wanted to pull all the historical permits for my house for my own records, I had to bring in some proof that I was either the owner, tenant or other interested party (like say a contractor who want to see the previous permits before doing their own work)
In most places in the US, basic home specs are public record and/or just floating around since the last time it was publicly listed for sale
My web search told me they die quickly indoors apparently, so no team of dragonflies protecting me from the bad bugs, sadness :'(

Because they’re one of the very few (And if you’re in the US, the only) phones with decent specs that allows you to unlock the BL
If you’re in the US and want a privacy OS > Pixel
If you’re outside the US and want a privacy OS but don’t want the crap tier specs that have been offered thus far by the specialty phones > Pixel or maybe a Chinese brand phone
If you’re in or outside the US, want a privacy OS and want or need to finance the phone through your carrier so you don’t have to spend $6-800+ out of pocket > Pixel

The 2 “instances” they talk about is because now MS has 2 versions of outlook on every install, “classic” and “new”. Classic is pretty much what you’re thinking, outlook you know upgraded with modern features and with a UI in line with the rest of the office suite.
“New” is also exactly what you’d probably expect. Their “new and exciting totally revamped!” Version is able to do the basics (+AI) in a “slick” white spaced to fuck UI and anything beyond that is “maybe someday” territory lol

It’s partly why I like having so many accounts now, it helps mitigate a future occurrence lmao

Why am I cross-posting .ml content?
I cross-post from .ml to the nearest relevant non-.ml comm to reduce the influence of .ml comms and indirectly, the instance as a whole, to make it an easier decision for other instance admins to defederate because one key reason I identified that admins don’t want to defederate is because .ml still has some very large comms and some niche comms.
Some highlights from the link:

I believe the behavior of its admins (the main admins are Lemmy devs) does harm to the overall growth of the Lemmy-verse and maybe even the Thrediverse (since Lemmy kinda kicked off the Thrediverse) because of its association with the devs of Lemmy and their insistence to use .ml as their personal political platform to spread harmful propaganda
On the outside, bringing up Lemmy frequently leads to comments like “Lemmy? Isn’t that the place with a bunch of tankies?” Or “Tried Lemmy, but found it full of pro Russia crap so I left”. The best way forward from that I see is to either widely defederate from .ml like the rest of the Triad, or pressure them to put a fair and unbiased as possible admin team.
