We begin the harvest of our moringa trees at the first light of sunrise. This timing is crucial as it ensures the leaves are at their peak moisture and nutrient content, capturing their full potential for health benefits.

To maintain optimal nutrient retention, we process the leaves right on-site. After washing and wringing out excess water, we dehydrate the leaves at a controlled temperature of 38°C for 22 hours. This careful and precise method locks in the essential nutrients of the moringa leaves, ensuring a superior final product.
