I love this film so much!! I am agnostic now but I was raised with religion; perhaps that is why I love this film so much.
Brendan Gleeson is one of my favorite actors working today; I get excited when I see his name in a cast list. But honestly: this film’s whole cast is great! These Irish performers are some of the best actors in all of english-language cinema!
I have no recollection of that cross bring in any if the promos for the film. I’m sure it’s a new addition.

Yeah I looked up images from the film before commenting and I saw the same. It’s just that I’m sure the original posters and promo art did not have that cross so my reasoning is that perhaps some new promo art was created for newer releases etc.
It’s also possible I’m.entirely wrong and the cross was always there.
