I assume that’s direct tariff costs on them. The extra might be the increased costs of materials, etc. Just guessing though

I gave up on the built-in mediatek wifi chip in my motherboard and just pulled the dedicated wifi card from my old pc. I’m on ethernet now, but man troubleshooting that was not fun.
I even ordered a new chip, which, of course, never showed up.

Convenience primarily. TorBox for example just has the torrents cached on their server most of the time, so it’s much faster + I don’t care to store it myself. Unlikely to rewatch things so often I need to keep them
