It depends on how you use your phone, but I think the main thing some people miss is contactless payments. Also, some banking apps don’t support GrapheneOS.

Wasn’t it the Down In It video that was the subject of an FBI investigation? IIRC for the filming they attached a camera to a weather balloon to create an aerial shot, but the balloon drifted off and came down a few miles away. Someone found the camera, watched the tape in it, and notified the FBI because they thought it was a snuff film.
