Only 10k cheaper? I’d expect a larger drop off.
I wouldn’t go for a 2021-2023 for only 10k off. Not that they were bad cars then, but they’ve tweaked and improved so many things in it over the years (2025 owner here).
Mine was $25k cheaper than the sticker price. Just like solar panel rebates, vehicle rebates artificially inflated the cost of these cars.
Best car I’ve owned btw.
In the USA, EVs have always been cheaper than sticker price though. Previously there was the $7500 federal tax credit, and now that it’s gone, a lot of manufacturers have credits that partially offset it.
I’m not familiar with many other manufacturers, but with BMW EVs it’s common to get at least 10% off MSRP, plus other discounts. I’m leasing a BMW i4 and the lease was cheaper than the Mustang Mach-E, even though the MSRP of the Mach-E is lower.
