In the US, latest FuriOS update did increase how often my phone locks up from an incoming call, but I hope it gets fixed soon (and am working on trying to fix it myself in the free time). Sticking to libadwaita apps mostly gets around the scaling weirdness and makes most apps feel mostly natural on a phone. I do still suggest some moderate Linux skills before anyone decides to buy it, because if something breaks, you sometimes have to know how to fix it on the fly

I also discovered Linux when I was around 8-9, Ubuntu 10.10 was my first distro (was already 5 years out of date by then but it’s all I had), partially daily drove 14.04 2-3 years later, then went full daily some time in 2021. here I am today using a linux phone, all because “hey dad how do I make windows look like Mac”
