Oh come on it definitely looked better with the googly eyes.

Dental stuff has been tested to ensure they’re biocompatible, but we still warn team members not to touch unset product even with gloved hands too much. Dentists who have a habit of wiping excess resin on the back of their gloved hands have developed contact dermatitis. Once fully cured, it is unreactive.
Fingernails are pretty inert, so it’s not as important. They’re still tested to ensure they’re not poisonous if ingested, as folks have a tendency to bite their nails.
Exposure time, vapours, biocompatibility, volume - all of these add up to make 3d resin printing pretty hazardous. Even dental 3d printing resins require this level of safe handling, until they’re fully cured.
HF are notorious for this. Never makes sense. Then the staff accuse you of putting premium produce in the discounted bags.

Easy, pay someone $$$ to do it lol…
Less jokey, you do need reasonable microsoldering skills unfortunately.
In Australia I paid someone $150 to do mine including the pi chip.
Haha well if it’s what I’m thinking has happened, it’ll be fixable.
Temp fillings over root canal therapies generally have another layer underneath that’s actually sealing off the root canal filling. You’re doing the right things.

Hmm I had an older one (TCL nxtwear s), and I wouldn’t be doing graphic art on it, but it more than sufficed for watching shows, playing games, and some light browsing.
If I was buying today I’d probably look at the xreal X1, they’ve made some great strides in the tech.

The cable can be snagged on things so it’s nice to buy a model where it connects with magnets. Unfortunately for longer haired folks, your hair can get snagged in this area.
The actual experience is pretty decent, albeit slightly disappointing if you’ve grown accustomed to VR - but that is the price you pay for a much smaller form factor. Of course you can’t have a fully immersive screen, it’s “just” a monitor in front of you (and a fairly big one) - again for me, disappointment as I’m used to a 49" uw. 😅 For the use case given by the linked article, it would 100% perform exceptionally well.
It was really nice being able to lie down in bed or on the sofa, and watch whatever you wanted from your phone. It worked with my Nintendo Switch in a nitro+ which made for better posture whilst in handheld mode. 3d mode worked too.
I sold it because I didn’t use it as much as I thought I would, and the one I had had could do with some more improvements. I’m sure newer models will probably make it a more compelling answer now.

Have you heard anything about Ninja? I can’t seem to find much about SharkNinja and Trump other than comments about the tariffs…

Well we’re fucked, aren’t we?

Upvoted because Euro(vision) :V

So apparently this is 100% a thing with expensive camera lenses. Different markets will get different quality lenses despite the model being marked as the same.
It’s also why I won’t buy clothing from US based outlets, as the brands have been known to explicitly manufacture lower quality product to sell at outlets. That said, the only time this actually comes up for me (being an Australian), is that I won’t buy big brand clothing at Costco.

Yes, dog liver contains way too much vitamin A.
Call a podiatrist.

I bought a StinkyBoard thinking I would be so productive… I was not. Perhaps I’m not being imaginative enough with its use. 😅

Violence isn’t the answer, it’s the question. And the answer is yes.
When someone says it’s quiet at work, suddenly all these emergencies come in…

Haha no: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silver_lining_(idiom)
But still funny in context 🤭

Yeah I’m in dental myself (another country), and when anti-fluoride patients come in, we generally sassily remark that we thank them for keeping us in business. Bit of dark humour to see the silver lining in things, I guess?
There have certainly been dental clinics going out of business in the last few years, something quite unheard of - unlike other ‘new businesses’, the success rate of opening a new dental clinic was normally guaranteed (unlike say a new cafe).
If the general population want to remove one of the best public health initiatives, then so be it. We’ll make hay while the sun shines.
