American exceptionalism especially in WWII only worked because we had the most factories to throw the most steel at enemy lines across the Atlantic faster than they could replace their own, and our armies were never poorly supplied in food fuel and rations.
The breakdown of our modern military supply lines to even feed soldiers effectively means the US’ ability to project power has immediately evaporated.
IIRC digital cinema files are usually DRM locked in a special format and are also imperceptibly watermarked somewhere throughout the video. They’re distributed to cinemas usually on physical hard drives/SSD’s. I don’t know anything about the security details other than that, off to YouTube it is!
Its not unheard of for some scene peeps to get access to the raw digital files played in some theaters. It’s uncommon because of the difficulty in acquisition and then sanitizing it so they can’t figure out who ripped it, but does happen.

AM allows multiple to talk and also allows edge-case signals to be received. FM and digital is way more sensitive to weak signals being washed out where as even a washed out AM carrier can often be picked out of the noise enough to realize someone has a problem.

Without the document text, who knows. But I would not consider it a stretch for a court challenge to interpret “operating system” as “any software that allows a person to interact with computing or electronic hardware”. Which would blanket cover all embedded devices.

If any of those CDs require internet to install, they must have been later releases during the dying era of CD game installs. I have original CD copies of all AOE games and they dont need any internet at all.
For games that require the CD inserted, I have had mixed luck with dumping the CD contents to an ISO using dd, then mounting that for installing and running the game.
Using dd is important as you can flat dump every single bit out of the CD, including the hidden license information.
Also virtually every old game that requires a CD probably has a NoCD crack out there in the world. That was some of the easiest and most commonly bypassed DRM back in the day.
The only things people were doing with their cell phones was making calls, maybe a couple texts if you could afford it, and making those custom ring tones that Motorola let you do.
