I used to use that kind of thing, and it was nice until I needed to carry a lever tumbler lock key and some other keys that were abnormally shaped.

4·17 days agoWhat 153./8? You mean the allocated 153.66.0.0/15? But yeah, I wouldn’t be surprised, they probably don’t care about abuse reports and it’s more difficult to pinpoint a specific customer due to CGNAT.
At least they provide a nice list of ranges you could block.

2·18 days agoEven if you remove those places from the “Express List”? But yeah, that sounds typical, they like getting the transaction fees and such. And should you get them to do a chargeback, they take the money back from the merchant as well. It’s a win-win to screw you over.

There are already cameras inside most new cars, but the purpose is to see if you’re nodding off when driving and such. It’s a good thing to keep unsafe drivers off the road. The bad thing is the lack of privacy regulation.

Nah, macOS isn’t great, but it’s nowhere near as bad as Windows. You can at least use Homebrew etc without needing to get permissions to install WSL2 and such.

Wtf, isn’t it just pressing a button…? Though I guess you avoid the risk of people forgetting.
It’s also required in Sweden, but the building owner is responsible for installation, whereas the people living there are responsible for testing that it still works.

How do you know that? Have you asked someone who was shot how much pain they were in? The state shouldn’t be allowed to execute their problems.
