Common questions

What counts as a screen?
A screen is counted when a candidate completes a structured voice interview - defined as a minimum of 3 minutes or at least one question answered. No-shows are never counted. Candidates who hang up immediately are not counted. You only pay when a candidate actually engages with the screening process.

How does screen billing work?
Each plan includes a monthly screen allocation. Free includes 5 screens. Starter includes 100, Growth includes 300, Scale includes 750, and Agency includes 2,000. If you exceed your monthly allocation, overage screens are billed at the end of the period. No-shows are never counted, so you only pay when candidates actually show up.

What happens when I exceed my monthly screens?
Screening continues uninterrupted. You'll never miss a qualified candidate because of a quota. Overage screens are billed at the end of your billing period. You can also upgrade your plan at any time to get more included screens at a lower per-screen rate.

Are there seat fees or per-user charges?
None. All paid plans include unlimited seats. Invite your entire recruiting team, hiring managers, and department heads without any extra cost. You pay for screens completed, not for the number of people using the platform.

Can I upgrade plans at any time?
Yes, one click from your billing settings. All your roles, candidates, and screening data transfer instantly. There's no migration and no downtime. Your current billing cycle is prorated automatically.

Do you require a credit card for the free plan?
Yes. We require a card on all plans to handle overage billing if you exceed your included screens. On the Free plan, you won't be charged anything unless you complete more than 5 screens in a month.

What ATS integrations do you support?
Greenhouse and Ashby integrations are available on Growth and above. The Free and Starter plans work as standalone tools - no ATS required. If you use a different ATS, reach out and we'll tell you what's on the roadmap.

What's the annual discount?
Annual billing saves you 2 months. Starter annual is $1,970/year (vs $2,364/year monthly). Growth annual is $3,970/year (vs $4,764/year monthly). Scale annual is $7,970/year (vs $9,564/year monthly).
