What it does

The actor takes a product keyword, opens the matching ExportersIndia product search, paginates through the supplier listings, and writes one normalized record per supplier to the run's dataset. Each record carries the company name, product, price text, minimum order (split into a numeric quantity and unit), the company location (city, state, country and full address), membership tenure, verified status, rating and rating count, and the company and product URLs plus the ExportersIndia member ID. Company-detail fields (contactPerson, yearEstablished, gstNumber, email, website and others) are populated when the supplier exposes them and returned as null otherwise.

Two opt-in AI add-ons (paid Apify plans only) can write a concise B2B description (aiDescription) and extract structured product attributes and tags (aiAttributes, aiTags). A separate contact-enrichment add-on can attempt to find a public business email for suppliers that have none.

Provide a keyword. Every other field is optional; with just a keyword the actor returns recent suppliers for that product (default maxSuppliers is 10). The AI and contact add-ons are off by default and run only on paid Apify plans.

Billing and limits

• Pay per result. You are charged per supplier returned (result event). See the pricing tab for the current per-result price.
• AI and contact add-ons bill separately. Description, attributes, and contact enrichment are opt-in, off by default, and each carry their own per-item charge only when enabled and produced.
• No charge on failure. If a run errors, the actor writes a single item with a populated error field and does not charge for it. Empty runs cost nothing.
• Spend cap respected. Set maxTotalChargeUsd on the run; once reached, the actor stops emitting and charging further billable results.
• Free Apify plans are capped at 10 records per run, and the AI add-ons are disabled for free users. Upgrade for higher maxSuppliers.

FAQ and troubleshooting

A run returned 0 records. Why? No suppliers matched the keyword. Try a broader or differently phrased product term. Zero-result runs are not charged.

Why are email, gstNumber and other company fields null? Those come from the company detail page and are only present when the supplier publishes them. Missing source values are returned as null, never invented.

Can I sort or filter by minimum order? Yes. Use minOrderQty and minOrderUnit, the numeric and unit parts parsed from the raw minOrder string.

Why are the AI fields null? The AI add-ons are opt-in and run on paid Apify plans only. Enable withAiDescription and withAiAttributes on a paid plan to populate them.
